Thaba is a state-of-the-art facility in Uganda that offers the highest quality standards of refining, assaying, manufacturing and logistics.

Thaba operates under the Manufacture Under Bond license and the only gold refinery that can produce gold kilobars up to the highest international standards which allows it to undertake a broad range of services that seek to add value to Uganda’s gold and precious metal sector.

Thaba has the capacity to refine up to 600 kilogrammes of gold per day, the largest in the market.  Our facility is a restricted environment controlled by security personnel and supported by surveillance technology.
